Meet Oreo! He is a 10 year old parti-colored Cocker boy who has spunk! Don’t let his age fool you! Oreo loves to go on walks, chase a tennis ball, and of course snuggle on the couch for some TV. He is good with other dogs, but prefers that they stay away from his food.  
Oreo was taken to a shelter when his owners moved. Unfortunately, Oreo wasn’t in the best shape at that time and Cocker Nation came to his rescue. He had a severe ear and skin infection, his eyes were so dry that they were painful to blink, he needed  11 teeth pulled and he had a couple masses that had to be removed. 
Fast forward 5 weeks, and Oreo is a new dog! His ears, eyes, and skin have improved drastically and he has been a champ through it all. He sits very still for his eye drops and ear cleanings, and actually seems to enjoy his medicated baths. 
Oreo is now ready to find his forever family! He would prefer to have someone home more often, as he doesn’t like to be alone for long periods. He is crate trained, but does bark for a bit until he settles in. Oreo will need a fenced yard as he loves to explore, but because he is hard of hearing he may wander off and not hear someone calling him. Oreo would love a family who is willing to take care of his needs and spend the rest of his life having fun! Oreo is housebroken, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and on prevention, and neutered.
