Hey everyone! My name is Carl and I have been told that I am 13 years old but don’t let that fool you as I still have a ton of love and spunk that I would love to share with a great family. Unfortunately, I was abandoned by my original owners so when I first came to CNR I had a lot of separation anxiety and when my foster mom would leave out of my sight I was afraid she wasn’t going to come back for me. But! The good news is that I have 80% gotten over this and the vet has me on trazadone to help with the rest and I’m doing a whole lot better now. I am also hard of hearing (but not 100% deaf) so I would ask for you to speak up a tad when talking to me :) I do have a little bit of a difficulty with this whole going potty outside thing. I’m beginning to get a grasp on it but I promise I’m trying hard and will get there with some patience. I do great with other animals as I currently have 3 foster brothers and sisters who are cats and we get along great! I love to play fetch with my tennis ball and get this.. I BRING IT RIGHT BACK FOR YOU TO THROW IT AGAIN! I have shown zero aggression towards people or animals and would love to find a loving family that is willing to give this ol boy a chance!
