Charlotte Elizabeth is one of my favorite all time foster dogs.  She is a nine year old black cocker, that just craves love and attention.  She is so quiet and well behaved.  She is nine, so she needs a little extra time for things because she moves slower.  She is housebroken, and will be spayed and up to date on her shots before being placed.  She would be perfect for a senior citizen because Charlotte is very low key.  She does need her ears cleaned on a regular basis and to have a bath twice a month for her skin.  Charlotte loves lying in a dog bed, but her favorite place is next to me to be petted.  I just love this little girl, and I am sure you will too!
