"WHAT LIGHT THROUGH YONDER WINDOW BREAKS? IT IS EAST AND JULIET IS THE SUN".   This is Juliet who is a beautiful, buff colored female cocker spaniel.  Notice her white snout with freckles...too cute!!  Juliet awaits her Romeo.

The lovely Juliet has a very, very gentle and friendly personality.  The Ostego shelter who had her prior to Cocker Nation says Juliet is very good/friendly towards children. She is probably one of the calmest dogs we've ever fostered yet she is playful.  Peter was drilling screws into the wall here at the house and Juliet was right there with her nose less than an inch from the loud noise, she never even flinched!  I think that says a lot for her even tempered personality.  She'd been here at our house less than 2 hours.

Juliet is a quiet, curious dog who seems very happy and adjusted.  We have two other cocker spaniels here at the house who get along just fine with Juliet, no growling, no fighting.

I anticpate lots of applications for this very nicely behaved dog!  Make your own login and password at CockerNation.org to complete the adoption application.

Please be prepared to sign a Waiver and Release of Responsibility form from the foster home at the time of interview.

See Juliet's video and pictures.

UPDATE: 10-15-2010 Juliet is ready for adoption!  Her vet visit today went very well.  Juliet has a bacterial infection in her ears which we suspected and have already been treating.  This treatment will need to continue.  It is not a difficult treatment, just 4 drops in each ear once a day and is not something that is forever.  Juliet will sit for this just fine.
